CVS Health shareholders elect directors

CVS Health Corp.'s shareholders at the May 10 annual meeting re-elected 11 directors to the retail pharmacy's board.

The re-elected members are Richard Bracken, C. David Brown II, Alecia DeCoudreaux, David Dorman, Nancy-Ann DeParle, Anne Finucane, Larry Merlo, Jean-Pierre Millon, Richard Swift, William Weldon and Tony White.

The shareholders also elected Mary Schapiro to the company’s board of directors. Schapiro is the vice chair of the Promontory Advisory Board and was SEC chairman from 2009 to 2012.
