Adviser team leaves Wells Fargo to form Kestra-affiliated advisory firm

An adviser team managing $186 million in client assets at Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC in Frontenac, Mo., has left to form an independent advisory firm called Undivided Wealth Management, the (New York) InvestmentNews reported May 24.

The team's St. Louis-based advisory firm is affiliated with Kestra Financial, according to the report.

Gary Baker, who leads the team, worked at the Wells Fargo & Co. subsidiary from February 2009 until he registered with Kestra Investment Services LLC in May, according to FINRA's BrokerCheck website.

Other members of the adviser team include Daniel Kraus, Kimberly Rubenstein and Kimberly Peaker, who all previously worked at Wells Fargo Clearing Services from December 2010, February 2009, and January 2008, respectively, based on FINRA's BrokerCheck website.
