Bank of East Asia names new co-CEOs

Bank of East Asia Ltd. appointed new co-CEOs to replace David K.P. Li, who will be redesignated as executive chairman.

The bank appointed Adrian David Li Man-kiu and Brian David Li Man-bun as co-CEOs to replace David K.P. Li, who will retire as CEO. The new co-CEOs both currently serve as executive director and deputy CEO of the bank.

Following David K.P. Li's retirement as CEO, he will continue to serve as chairman and an executive director.

The appointments and redesignation are effective July 1.
