Lexington Realty Trust buys Ohio industrial portfolio for $180M

Lexington Realty Trust paid approximately $180 million to buy a three-property e-commerce industrial portfolio encompassing 2.4 million square feet within Park North at Monroe in Ohio from IDI Logistics LLC.

The portfolio comprises newly constructed, class A warehouse/distribution facilities that are fully net-leased to Amazon, Hayneedle/Wal-Mart and Blue Buffalo.

Lexington, which is in the process of becoming a 100% industrial-focused net-lease real estate investment trust, said it has approximately $170 million of warehouse/distribution properties under accepted offer or contract.
