Moiselle International fiscal H1 profit climbs 24.0% YOY

Moiselle International Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Sept. 30 came to 2 Hong Kong cents per share, a gain of 23.0% from 2 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was HK$7.2 million, an increase of 24.0% from HK$5.8 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenue climbed 6.2% on an annual basis to HK$205.1 million from HK$193.2 million, and total operating expenses grew 5.3% year over year to HK$193.4 million from HK$183.7 million.

Reported net income rose 12.2% year over year to HK$8.7 million, or 3 cents per share, from HK$7.8 million, or 3 cents per share.
