S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency issues ¥119.7B of mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency issued ¥119.7 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said Feb. 23.

The notes carry a coupon rate of 0.42% and will mature in March 2053.

As of Feb. 23, US$1 was equivalent to ¥106.64.
