Aurelia Metals confirms sale of entire company stake by Pacific Road Capital

Aurelia Metals Ltd. on June 8 confirmed that Pacific Road Capital is no longer a shareholder after its 36.7% stake, or 313.7 million shares, was sold and placed to a range of new and existing institutional investors.

Australian Financial Review's Street Talk on June 7 reported that JPMorgan was selling the parcel, valued at A$156.9 million, on behalf of Pacific Road.

Aurelia Metals noted that Pacific Road first invested in the group in 2013 and supported it through the development of the Hera gold mine and, more recently, the acquisition of the Peak gold mine, both in New South Wales, Australia.
