Bank of Commerce Holdings' board authorizes stock buyback

The board of Sacramento, Calif.-based Bank of Commerce Holdings adopted a buyback program under which the company may repurchase up to 1 million common shares over a period ending March 31, 2020.

The buyback program is effective immediately. Purchases may be made in the open market, including in block trades or through privately negotiated transactions.
