FHB Jelzálogbank launches 200B Hungarian forint bond issue program

FHB Jelzálogbank Nyrt. decided to launch a bond issue program worth 200 billion Hungarian forints.

The lender plans to issue various registered-type covered-mortgage-bond and senior-unsecured-bond series and taps under the program running in 2017 and 2018.

The introduction of the series to the Budapest Stock Exchange is optional, the bank said in its March 31 filing.

As of March 31, US$1 was equivalent to 288.74 Hungarian forints.
