Elizabethton, Tenn.-based Citizens Bank president steps down

Bill Dudney stepped down as president of Elizabethton, Tenn.-based Citizens Bank, the Johnson City (Tenn.) Press reported March 19.

Dudney, who continues to serve as director, is succeeded by Larry Estepp.

Estepp previously served as executive vice president of commercial lending of the Citco Community Bancshares Inc. unit, according to the report.
