FISION Q1 loss widens YOY

FISION Corp. said its normalized net income for the first quarter came to a loss of $784,690, compared with a loss of $184,730 in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue declined 9.6% on an annual basis to $122,190 from $135,140, and total operating expenses increased year over year to $1.3 million from $375,330.

Reported net income totaled a loss of $1.3 million, or a loss of 4 cents per share, compared to a loss of $295,580, or a loss of 2 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
