Capital pool company Anquiro Ventures completes IPO

Anquiro Ventures Ltd. has completed an IPO where it issued 2 million common shares to buyers in British Columbia and Alberta at a purchase price of 10 Canadian cents per share for gross proceeds of C$200,000.

Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent and was given nontransferable warrants to acquire an aggregate of up to 200,000 common shares at an exercise price of 10 cents per share.

The company will use the net proceeds to identify and evaluate potential qualifying transactions.

Anquiro Ventures is a capital pool company that has not commenced operations and has no assets other than cash. Its common shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol AQR.P.
