Regent Properties buys Houston office project for $90M

Real estate development and investment management firm Regent Properties paid $89.5 million to acquire the 545,242-square-foot Park Towers office project in Houston's Uptown submarket.

The project consists of two 18-story towers. There is about 270,000 square feet of office space for lease, including a contiguous block that contains 120,000 square feet.
