Banco La Hipotecaria to offer $4M in bonds

Panama's Banco La Hipotecaria SA will be offering bonds worth $4.0 million on June 8 on the country's stock exchange, the bank said in a securities document filed on June 1.

The 2-year series AG bonds, which carry an annual interest rate of 4.25%, will be issued June 12.

The bonds are part of the bank's U.S. dollar-denominated negotiable bonds program for up to $100 million.
