Lendlease Corp. Ltd. submitted two separate proposals to the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority of Perth, Australia, for its plan to add a commercial building to its A$1.3 billion Waterbank project on the edge of the city's central business district, The Australian Financial Review reported.
The listed property company is seeking approval for either a five-level, 10,570-square-meter building or a six-level, 13,600-square-meter tower. According to the publication, the proposed office development will include a feature named The Campus, which will feature 3,000-square-meter floor plates.
The Waterbank project already has approvals for two residential towers. Upon its completion, the entire development will accommodate an estimated 1,300 residential units, roughly 150 affordable housing units, offices, and 2,500 square meters of retail and community space, the Oct. 15 report added.
