BeIN SPORTS inks deal for Nielsen Total Audience Measurement

Nielsen Holdings and beIN Media Group's global network of sports channels, beIN SPORTS, inked a long-term agreement for various features within the Nielsen Total Audience framework, including measurement capabilities for digital content across all access points.

Pursuant to the deal, beIN SPORTS (US) and beIN SPORTS en Español (US) will receive audience estimates for linear TV and digital content viewing on mobile and computer devices. Both networks will also have access to Nielsen Digital Content Ratings and Nielsen Total Content Ratings, in addition to the existing services that Nielsen provides to beIN SPORTS, including TV ratings, consumer insights and ad sales data.

Nielsen will provide beIN SPORTS with measurement capabilities that will enable beIN SPORTS to have a complete view of how users are engaging with beIN SPORTS' content across linear TV, digital and on-demand irrespective of ad load.
