NTT Finance sets up US$10B euro medium-term note program

NTT Finance Corp. has set up a euro medium-term note program in which it may from time to time issue notes worth up to US$10 billion under the program.

Notes issued under the program are subject to regulatory approvals and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., according to a circular from the Japan-based financial investor.

Net proceeds from the offerings under the program will be used for general corporate purposes.

JPMorgan Securities Japan Co. Ltd. is the arranger of the program, while the dealers are Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd., Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International plc, Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Nomura International plc and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd.
