Report: Vornado sells condominium for $55M at 220 Central Park South

Vornado Realty Trust completed the sale of a condominium at its New York skyscraper, 220 Central Park South, to Dauton66 LLC for $54.5 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The 5,935-square-foot, four-bedroom, full-floor unit was initially listed for $56.5 million, the publication said, citing a 2016 offering plan.

The buyer, an entity registered by Armelle Koelf, took out a $38 million mortgage for the purchase, The Real Deal said.

Koelf did not respond, while Vornado's representative declined a request for comment by The Real Deal.
