Oceania Healthcare appoints 2 directors

Oceania Healthcare Ltd. appointed Sally Evans to be an independent nonexecutive director, and Gregory Tomlinson to be a nonexecutive director.

Evans is chair of social enterprise LifeCircle and was previously a director at Opal Specialist Aged Care and Blue Cross Aged Care. She will join Oceania Healthcare's clinical and health and safety committee following her appointment.

Tomlinson established Qualcare, which the Oceania Group acquired in early 2008. He is a director of, and holds a stake in, Oceania Healthcare Holdings Ltd., which owns 57.22% of Oceania Healthcare. Tomlinson is also on the boards of companies including Heartland Bank Ltd.

Both appointments are effective March 23.

Auckland, New Zealand-based Oceania Healthcare operates aged care residences and retirement villages.
