Liberty Tax Inc. said March 12 that it failed to submit its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Jan. 31 before the deadline due to the resignation of its public accounting firm, KPMG LLP, on Dec. 8, 2017.
The tax services company previously received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not being able to file the company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Oct. 31, 2017, on time.
Liberty said it will file the delayed reports as soon as it appoints a new accounting firm.
