Cypress Office affiliate, Oaktree Capital buy Ariz. office complex for $92M

A Cypress Office Properties LLC affiliate and Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Group LLC purchased a two-building, 345,417-square-foot office complex in Scottsdale, Ariz., from Equus Capital Partners Ltd. for $91.7 million, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

Equus purchased the Raintree Corporate Center, on 11.6 acres at 8800 and 8888 E. Raintree Drive, in 2015. Current total occupancy is at 93%, the report noted.
