Hewlett Packard Enterprise grosses $2.25 billion from debt offering

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. raised gross proceeds of $2.25 billion from an offering of 2.45% senior unsecured notes due Oct. 15, 2017.

The company plans to use the proceeds for redemption or repayment of debt securities.

Bank of America Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the lead underwriters.

Loop Capital Markets LLC also served as underwriter for the offering.
