JV buys London's Telephone House office building for £106M

Brockton Everlast and Quoinstone Investment Management paid £106 million for the Telephone House office building in London, Property Week reported, citing the buyers.

The property at 69-77 Paul St. spans 124,000 square feet and is fully leased to tenants including publications Drapers and the Nursing Times, and fashion business Karen Millen, which accounts for about 17% of the building's rent, according to the report.

TTG represented the unnamed seller, while CMS advised the buyers.
