Victory Capital to move HQ

Victory Capital Holdings Inc. will move its corporate headquarters from Cleveland to San Antonio.

The decision to relocate its main office came two months after the investment management firm announced its planned acquisition of San Antonio-based USAA Asset Management Co. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.

Victory Capital expects to open its San Antonio headquarters in mid-2019 and plans to maintain a significant presence in Cleveland.

As part of the HQ move, Chairman and CEO David Brown and other senior level executives will relocate to San Antonio.
