Peru's Mibanco accepts vice chairman's resignation

Peru-based Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa SA said its board accepted the resignation of Vice Chairman Gianfranco Piero Dario Ferrari De Las Casas.

The company did not immediately name a replacement for De Las Casas, who had been serving in the position since March 2016.

According to S&P Global Market Intelligence data, De Las Casas has been deputy CEO and head of universal banking at Mibanco's parent company, Credicorp Ltd., since April 1, 2018.
