VanadiumCorp starts 8,500-meter drill program at Lac Doré vanadium project

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. said Sept. 3 that it launched an 8,500-meter infill and extension drill program at its Lac Dore vanadium project in Quebec. Completion is expected by October-end.

The 34-hole campaign aims to confirm vanadiferous titanomagnetite mineralization, with results to be used for a National Instrument 43-101-compliant resource estimate.

The drill contract was awarded to Miikan Drilling Ltd., a joint venture between Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd., Eskan Co., and Nimsken Corp.
