Arcline buys aluminum beverage packaging equipment company Pride Engineering

Arcline Investment Management LP purchased Pride Engineering from fellow private equity firm May River Capital LLC.

Pride designs and manufactures precision-engineered tooling, equipment and aftermarket parts used in the aluminum beverage packaging manufacturing process.

Arcline said it will help Pride expedite the launch of its latest sensor-driven analytics product, SYNAPSE. Lincoln International was financial adviser to Arcline in the transaction.

Separately, Arcline entered into a strategic partnership with Dark Horse Consulting Group, a global consultancy company focused on cell and gene therapy product development.

The firm said the investment should allow Dark Horse to significantly broaden its business and advance the availability of its cell and gene therapy products and services.

Arcline primarily invests in industrial, technology, life sciences and specialty chemical companies.
