Numerated Growth Technologies Inc. raised $15 million in a series B funding round, which was led by Patriot Financial Partners LP. Numerated applies machine learning and artificial intelligence to data from inside and outside of banks to provide real-time borrowing.

MoneyGram International Inc. and Visa Inc. partnered to roll out a new debit card deposit service, available through Visa's real-time push payments platform.

Cryptocurrency

VersaBank unit VersaVault Inc.'s exclusive licensee Chairmans Financial BV took on its first cryptocurrency exchange customer. Chairmans Financial will provide the exchange customer with a host of financial services, including the storage of digital assets.

Deutsche Bank AG joined JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Interbank Information Network, a blockchain project aimed at making cross-border payments faster and easier, the Financial Times reported. The German banking giant is now part of 320 banks included in the network.

Trading and investing

Tradeweb Markets Inc. and Intercontinental Exchange Inc. launched the first of its reference price solutions, Tradeweb ICE U.S. Treasury Closing Prices. The platform was created to provide the daily market mid-price for U.S. Treasury securities.
