National Health Investors acquires Okla. seniors community for $35M

National Health Investors Inc. acquired the 200-unit The Country Club of Woodland Hills independent living and assisted living community in Tulsa, Okla., for $35.1 million, including $500,000 for capital improvements.

Discovery Senior Living signed a 15-year term lease for the facility at an initial lease rate of 7.0% plus annual fixed escalators and renewal options.

The company funded the acquisition using its revolving credit facility.
