John Bonvetti Jr. joined the wealth division of Bryn Mawr Trust Co. as a senior vice president and senior investment adviser.

Bonvetti previously was a vice present and private banker at Hamilton, Bermuda-based Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd.

F.N.B. Corp. expanded its data science team to further support its financial growth and the execution of its Clicks-to-Bricks strategy. The parent company of First National Bank of Pennsylvania named Adrianne Bernini director of data science.

Bernini will collaborate with Kaveena Bajjuri, the company's director of data governance. Prior to joining F.N.B., Bernini served as the director of marketing analytics for DICK'S Sporting Goods Inc.

The board of Muncie, Ind.-based First Merchants Corp. on Aug. 8 increased its size to 12 members with the vacancy added in Class III.

Clark Kellogg was appointed to fill the vacancy and his initial term will continue until the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders, at which time he will be considered for election for a one-year term. He was also named a director of the company's unit, First Merchants Bank.

Kellogg is the lead college basketball analyst for CBS Sports. He has served as an Ohio region advisory board member for First Merchants in the Columbus, Ohio, area since 2001.

Financial services

Lynn Atchison joined the board of Absolute Software Corp., effective Aug. 7.

Atchison was most recently the CFO of Spredfast Inc.
