Globe Trade Centre signs €46.5M refinancing deal for Polish office complex

Globe Trade Centre SA signed a €46.5 million loan agreement with BZ WBK to refinance the Korona Office Complex in Cracow, Poland.

The property, offering 36,800 square meters of gross leasable area across four class A office buildings, was constructed between 2003 and 2014 and refurbished in 2017.

Korona houses IBM Business Consulting Services, which signed a five-year lease extension in 2016 for 16,000 square meters in the Galileo building. Other tenants include Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Scanrent, Halliburton, State Street, Genpact, Hitachi Vantara, Deloitte and Arup.
