Scientific Metals to rehabilitate underground workings at Iron Creek project

Scientific Metals Corp. said March 27 that it seeks to rehabilitate the adits and underground workings on its Iron Creek cobalt property in Idaho, and the program is expected to begin once weather permits.

Once the rehabilitation is completed, the company seeks to conduct extensive underground sampling and some drilling, with the aim of extracting a bulk sample for metallurgical testing.

This will be followed up by surface core drilling on the patented lode claims, targeting the known mineralized zones.

Scientific Metals also plans to assess the efficacy of conducting geophysical surveys over the property.

Iron Creek covers 1,800 acres in 90 lode mining claims and is located 15 miles southeast of eCobalt Solutions Inc.'s Idaho project.
