Grainmarket seeks buyers for £78M site in City of London

Grainmarket Asset Management has appointed Hall Kemp and Cushman & Wakefield to market the Lime Street Estate redevelopment site in the City of London for £78 million, Property Week reported.

The site houses a pair of office buildings on 37-39 and 40 Lime St. totaling 121,255 square feet.

The site's previous owner had conducted a feasibility study for the development of a 772,000-square-foot Wilkinson Eyre-designed scheme with 44 floors at the site, according to the March 22 report.
