Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance sets up US$4B note program

Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Co. Ltd. established a euro medium-term note program of up to US$4 billion.

Notes issued under the program will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., according to a base prospectus filed Aug. 31. The company may issue notes under the program in one or more tranches in any currency.

MUFG Securities EMEA plc serves as the arranger for the program. BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd., Goldman Sachs International, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, MUFG Securities EMEA plc, Nomura International plc, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. and Société Générale are acting as dealers.
