Peru's BBVA Banco Continental to offer bonds worth up to 150M soles

BBVA Banco Continental SA on May 31 plans to auction bonds worth 100.0 million Peruvian soles, expendable up to 150.0 million soles, according to a securities filing.

The three-year series A bonds, with a nominal value of 5,000 soles each, will be issued June 1.

The offering is a part of the Lima-based bank's seventh corporate bond program worth $1.00 billion.

BBVA Continental's brokerage unit, Continental Bolsa, will act as the placing agent.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to 3.28 Peruvian soles.
