European Energy closes sale of 39-MW wind farm in Italy

Denmark-based European Energy A/S completed the sale of a 39-MW wind farm in Italy to Quercus Italian Wind 2 Srl.

The wind farm started operating in the municipalities of Tolve and Vaglio Basilicata Region in 2018. It features 13 turbines, according to a March 25 news release.

European Energy said the sale will contribute positively to its financial position. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
