Shinsei Bank Ltd. will issue ¥50 billion across two tranches of unsecured corporate bonds.
The bank will issue ¥20 billion three-year bond at an annual coupon of 0.19% and ¥30 billion five-year bond at an annual coupon of 0.30%, according to a Jan. 17 release.
Nomura Securities Co. Ltd., Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd., Shinsei Securities Co. Ltd. and SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. serve as joint lead managers and underwriters for the issuance.
As of Jan. 16, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.17.
