Bank of Hawaii controller to become CFO in March

Bank of Hawaii Corp. Senior Executive Vice President Dean Shigemura will be promoted to CFO from controller, according to a news release.

Vice Chair Kent Lucien, the current CFO, will become chief strategy officer.

Senior Vice President Brent Flygar will be promoted to controller and principal accounting officer, from financial reporting manager and director of corporate tax.

The executive changes will take effect March 1.
