Nexity launches tender offer for bonds due 2018, plans new issue

Nexity launched a tender offer for its bonds maturing in December 2018 and a private placement to issue a new series of notes in one or several tranches.

The new notes are expected to have an average maturity of seven years, with the issuance expected to take place June 29.

The tender offer has a minimum nominal tender amount of €50 million and the final tender offer price is expected to be determined on or around June 22.

CACEIS Corporate Trust is acting as the tender agent for the offer.
