South Carolina FCU, Health Facilities FCU to merge

South Carolina FCU will merge with Florence, S.C.-based Health Facilities FCU, effective March 2, 2020.

All employees and both locations of Health Facilities FCU will be retained. Health Facilities FCU CEO Robert Harris will continue in the role of city executive.

As of Sept. 30, South Carolina FCU had $1.82 billion in assets, while Health Facilities FCU had assets of $31.8 million, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
