AEP Texas sells $500M of senior notes

AEP Texas Inc. issued $500 million of its 3.950% senior notes, series E, due 2028, to initial purchasers, according to a May 22 filing.

The American Electric Power Co. Inc. subsidiary agreed to exchange the newly issued notes for an equal amount of registered and substantially identical notes.

The initial purchasers of the notes are BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BBVA Securities Inc. and Fifth Third Securities Inc.
