Rombo Compañía Financiera to issue 700M pesos in bonds

Rombo Compañía Financiera SA said its board has approved the issuance of two tranches of negotiable obligations worth 700.0 million Argentine pesos.

The company noted that it will determine in a timely manner the final amount of the offerings and other conditions, adding that it may even decide to issue one series instead of two.

The issuance is within the framework of the company's negotiable obligations program with a maximum value of 6.00 billion pesos.

As of March 9, US$1 was equivalent to 20.24 Argentine pesos.
