ViacomCBS named Anthony DiClemente executive vice president of investor relations, effective upon the closing of the deal to combine Viacom Inc. and CBS Corp.
In this role, DiClemente will coordinate and oversee outreach strategies to the investment community, and will be involved in refining the combined company's corporate strategy, according to an Aug. 28 news release. He will report to CBS Executive Vice President and CFO Christina Spade, who will be CFO at the combined company.
DiClemente joined CBS in June as executive vice president of investor relations.
CBS and Viacom agreed to combine on Aug. 13 in an all-stock merger. The deal is expected to close before year-end.
