European Lithium considers primary listing on Vienna Stock Exchange

European Lithium Ltd. is considering spinning off an Austrian subsidiary, which holds its lithium assets, to existing company shareholders and listing the entity at the prime market on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

The company said Sept. 10 that it has almost completed the initial steps to enable it to consider the transition of its main listing to the stock exchange.

European Lithium, which plans to remain listed on the ASX, was the first Australian company to be admitted to the Vienna Stock Exchange in October 2017.
