Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure launches common stock offering

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc. commenced a public offering of 5,000,000 common shares.

The company plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 750,000 additional common shares.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Baird, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a co-manager.
