VINCI SA said its normalized net income for the first half amounted to €1.79 per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of €1.86 per share.
EPS increased 15.2% year over year from €1.55.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €998.1 million, a gain of 15.2% from €866.3 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue rose 5.9% year over year to €18.94 billion from €17.88 billion, and total operating expenses increased 5.8% on an annual basis to €17.13 billion from €16.19 billion.
Reported net income rose 11.5% on an annual basis to €1.03 billion, or €1.84 per share, from €922.6 million, or €1.65 per share.
