Imperial d.d. Q1 loss narrows YOY

Imperial d.d. said its normalized net income for the first quarter came to a loss of 12.60 kuna per share, compared with a loss of 13.42 kuna per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of 8.0 million kuna, compared with a loss of 8.5 million kuna in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 56.5% year over year to 595,880 kuna from 380,730 kuna, and total operating expenses decreased from the prior-year period to 12.2 million kuna from 12.7 million kuna.

Reported net income came to a loss of 12.8 million kuna, or a loss of 20.17 kuna per share, compared to a loss of 13.7 million kuna, or a loss of 21.47 kuna per share, in the prior-year period.

As of April 28, US$1 was equivalent to 6.90 kuna.
