Accelerate Property Fund Ltd. is appointing Joanne Matisonn as company secretary to replace TMF Corporate Services (South Africa) (Pty.) Ltd., effective Sept. 1.

Matisonn has served as the Johannesburg-listed real estate investment trust's representative company secretary through an outsourced arrangement since 2014.
