Klick Data fiscal H2 profit climbs YOY

Klick Data AB said its normalized net income for the fiscal second half ended April 30 came to 279,170 kronor, a gain from 19,670 kronor in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue declined 12.2% on an annual basis to 6.3 million kronor from 7.2 million kronor, and total operating expenses decreased 6.5% year over year to 5.3 million kronor from 5.6 million kronor.

Reported net income totaled 339,630 kronor, or 14 öre per share, compared to a loss of 136,640 kronor, or a loss of 6 öre per share, in the prior-year period.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 55 öre per share, a decline of 37.9% from 89 öre per share in the prior year.

Normalized net income was 1.4 million kronor, a decrease of 37.9% from 2.2 million kronor in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue fell 15.0% on an annual basis to 11.5 million kronor from 13.5 million kronor, and total operating expenses decreased year over year to 8.5 million kronor from 8.8 million kronor.

The company said reported net income declined 38.0% year over year to 2.1 million kronor, or 84 öre per share, in the full year, from 3.3 million kronor, or 1.36 kronor per share.

As of June 30, US$1 was equivalent to 8.31 Swedish kronor.
