Hong Kong-listed developer Agile Group Holdings Ltd. is adding another US$100 million to its issuance of US$400 million in senior perpetual capital securities.
The additional securities are expected to be issued April 4 and offered at a price equal to 99.25% of their principal amount. Other terms, apart from the issuance date, will be similar to those of Agile Group's initial US$300 million issuance of senior perpetual capital securities and of the first US$100 million addition to the series.
Net proceeds from the latest issuance, projected to be approximately US$98.0 million, will be primarily used by the company to refinance certain of its existing debt, according to a filing.
Agile Group noted that it already received in-principle approval from the Singapore bourse for the listing of the additional securities.
UBS AG is the sole global coordinator of the offering, and together with Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. also functions as joint book runner and joint lead manager.
